📌 ማብራሪያ እና የስራው አፈጻጸም ሁኔታ

ይህ ድረ-ገጽ እና ተያያዥ የፈተና መለማመጃ የሞባይል መተግበሪያ (LMS) በጄኔሲስ ሲስተምስ (Genesis Systems) እና በትምህርት ቤቱ አስተዳደር መካከል በተደረገው ህጋዊ የውል ስምምነት መሰረት ሙሉ በሙሉ ተገንብቶ፣ ተፈትሾ እና ወደ ስራ ገብቶ የነበረ መሆኑ ይታወቃል።

ሲስተሙ ከ250 በላይ የ12ኛ ክፍል ተማሪዎች በኮምፒውተር ላብራቶሪ ውስጥ በአንድ ጊዜ ሞዴል ፈተና የወሰዱበትን የስርዓት መቋቋም ሙከራ (Stress Test) ጨምሮ ለተከታታይ ሳምንታት ያለምንም እንከን መስራቱ በትምህርት ቤቱ ርዕሰ መምህር አቶ እዮብ ፅጌ ፊት በአካል ተመስክሯል።

⚖️ አገልግሎቱ ለምን ተቋረጠ? (የውል ጥሰት)

          በርዕሰ መምህሩ በተፈረመው ህጋዊ ውል መሠረት ስራው ተጠናቆ ርክክብ ሲደረግ መከፈል የነበረበት ቀሪ 50% ክፍያ (15,000 የኢትዮጵያ ብር) እስካሁን ድረስ አልተከፈለም። የትምህርት ቤቱ አስተዳደር ተደጋጋሚ የክፍያ ቀጠሮዎችን ሳያከብር የቀረ ሲሆን፣ በውስጥ የፋይናንስ አሰራር ችግር ምክንያት የተጠየቁት ተጨማሪ ቀናት ቢያልቁም ክፍያው ሳይፈጸም ቀርቷል።
        

በመሆኑም በውል ስምምነቱ አንቀጽ 2.3 (የአእምሮአዊ ንብረት መብት) በተሰጠን ህጋዊ መብት መሰረት፣ ክፍያው እስኪፈጸም ድረስ ድረ-ገጹና የሲስተም አገልግሎቶቹ ሙሉ በሙሉ እንዲቋረጡ ተደርጓል።

ቀሪ ክፍያን ማጠናቀቅ፦ ትምህርት ቤቱ በውሉ መሠረት ያለበትን ቀሪ 15,000 ብር (ጉዳዩ ወደ ህግ ከተላለፈ አንቀጽ 8.1 የሚደነግገውን የ10,000 ብር የውል ማፍረሻ ቅጣት ጨምሮ) ከዚህ በታች ባለው የባንክ ሂሳብ ገቢ ማድረግ።

📌 Project Background & Delivery

This official web portal and accompanying native mobile Learning Management System (LMS) were fully built, configured, and deployed by Genesis Systems under a binding contract with Union Academy.

The system was rigorously evaluated and stress-tested, including full model examination sessions conducted simultaneously by over 250 Grade 12 students in the computer lab. All deliverables operated reliably, with performance and test data export formally validated by school principal Mr. Eyob Tsige.

⚖️ Reason for Suspension (Contractual Default)

          Under the signed agreement, the remaining 50% balance (15,000 ETB) became payable upon system completion and evaluation. Despite repeated payment requests, formal invoices, and extended grace periods granted to accommodate the school's stated internal financial delays, the administration has failed to honor its financial obligations.
        

Consequently, pursuant to Article 2.3 (Intellectual Property Rights and Software Ownership), all online services, student portal access, and server operations have been suspended pending full settlement. Continued default will necessitate enforcement of Article 8.1 for an additional 10,000 ETB contractual breach penalty plus legal costs.
